The MISSION

“An impossible mission makes all the impossibilities absolutely possible.” ― Petra Hermans

I’ve been chasing the art of living well for over half a century. Fifty years, that’s a lot of sunrises. A lot of stumbles and even more hot cuppas. At that time, I figured out some stuff. The kind that makes life your life and my life healthier, richer and a bit wiser. And most importantly, worth every breath.

I’m here to share! Because life is not some secret club with a password. It’s a messy, glorious buffet. And everyone gets a plate. Yes, you too. It doesn’t matter your background, skin colour or what stories your ancestors carried. It’s the air we breathe. Sometimes polluted, sure, but still there waiting for you to take it in.

My Mission? It’s simpler than that.

I want to hand you the tools – Ideas! to make your life better. To make it fuller, brighter, louder, quieter, whatever better means to you.

  1. Want to crush it at work? Cool!
  2. Want to wake up with energy instead of existential dread? I get that! Or,
  3. Maybe you want to make better choices when life drags you around.

But here’s the catch (there’s always a catch, isn’t it?): life is never a straight line, it’s a Jungle! – thick vines of challenge, hidden treasures of joy and weird detours of self-discovery. And in that jungle, I’ve learned one thing: we were born to build, not destroy or tear down but to create, to love, to dream, to fail spectacularly and then laugh about it later.

Funny thing is, I used to think I had to figure it all out alone. But you don’t have to. I’ve been helped by books, people and those fleeting moments when the universe whispers, “You’re on the right track.” And now, I want to be that whisper for you or maybe a shout. Depending on the day!

So, what do you say? Let’s tackle this whole life thing with messy hands and open hearts together. Because every day’s a new page in a book we’ll never finish writing. You can make your story one worth telling. And that’s the beauty of it, isn’t it?
